Bio

Mr. Viesca is an investment professional with strong focus and knowledge in the US and Latin American real estate, private equity and asset-based lending markets.

After successfully launching Manglar Capital as a financial advisory and consulting firm, Mr. Viesca developed Manglar Capital into a real estate investment platform focused on the acquisition, development, management and repositioning of residential opportunities in key markets across the US.

Before founding Manglar Capital, Mr. Viesca served as Managing Director at Alsis Funds, being responsible for leading the team in charge of origination, structuring, credit analysis, underwriting, development and execution of real estate opportunities of the firm. He was responsible of managing an annual $100 million new development budget for investment opportunities. He had an active participation in the successful closing of 3 new investment vehicles for total amount of $200 million.

Prior to joining Alsis Funds, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) for Latin America. Mr. Viesca holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Business Engineering from ITAM (Mexico).
